Due to the custom nature of our memorial pieces, we do not offer refunds! However, we are committed to making sure you are satisfied with the final memorial piece through our revision process.

We deliver your final design digitally via email ( a high quality pdf ) for your preview before we send it print. Your design will be in high resolution formats suitable for both printing and online sharing.

At Serenity Impressions, every order is printed with care and attention to detail. My standard printing process always uses borderless, full-bleed printing to ensure a polished, professional finish. However, in the rare event that shipping delays prevent your order from arriving on the designated date, I will collaborate with a local printer in your area to make sure you still receive your programs on time. In these emergency cases: You may be required to pick up your prints from the local print shop. A trusted local printer may be used to ensure you have your order in time. Their equipment may add a small white border, but rest assured the design and quality will still honor your loved one beautifully. My priority is always to ensure you and your family have your memorial materials in hand, even if last-minute adjustments are required.
Yes, you can inform the funeral home that you have a designer for the obituary program. We will work alongside you to ensure everything is coordinated smoothly.
We pride ourselves our quick turnaround time and can deliver the final design within 24 - 48 hours. It typically takes our obituary designer 24 hrs to create your obituary request. Once you recieve your rough draft and changes are made if needed.. after we get the final approval from you , your order will go immediately to print and will ship out later the same day or the very next morning and arrive to you within 2-3 business days!
