Every family I serve is navigating a tender, overwhelming moment. To honor each loved one with the same care and attention, I must keep all projects on schedule. When even one order falls behind, it disrupts the timeline for other grieving families.
• For clarity, If payment has not been made, your project IS NOT on my schedule. This ensures I can dedicate time only to families who are confirmed and keeps all projects on track.
• I will send you a text reminder with your exact cutoff date and time for you to have all your information in to me. If you do not get me your info, or if I dont hear back by that deadline, I cannot place your project on my schedule. Because I design several obituaries at once, timing is truly of the essence.
• If I do not receive payment and all required information by the cutoff times, I will not be able to take on the order. Staying on schedule ensures every family’s keepsake arrives when it’s needed most.
• I will send your proof within 24 hours of receiving your information. Please review and return edits promptly so we can finalize on time.
• All orders ship via expedited 2-day.
*Weekend delivery depends on the carrier. If Saturday/Sunday delivery isn’t available to your address, your order will arrive on Monday — unless we adjust your timeline one business day earlier so it can arrive on Friday instead. This adjustment helps ensure your keepsake is in hand before the service without impacting other families’ schedules.
