Design Approval Policy

To maintain our production schedule, all designs must be approved within the timeframe provided. If approval is not received by the stated deadline, the design will automatically proceed to print without further approval. This ensures that projects—especially rush orders—can be completed on time.

Please note: We cannot guarantee your requested delivery date if edits or approvals are delayed. Timely communication is essential to meet deadlines.

3 PM CST Cutoff: Orders must be approved and sent to print by 3 PM CST on the “Ship By” date to arrive by the “Needed By” date shown below.

  • Weekend & Holiday Delivery: Availability can vary by carrier and location. If weekend/holiday delivery isn’t offered in your area, select an earlier “Needed By” date.
  • Design Time: This schedule assumes your design is finalized. Revisions may shift your ship date.
  • Multiple Orders Policy: If your content cutoff passes without the required details, your order cannot be fit into the schedule and your payment will be refunded.

Getting Started

You’ll receive a private intake form to submit all memorial details, photos, and content. To keep the process smooth, I communicate with one family representative throughout the design process.

Payment

Payment is required before any work begins. Accepted via this Shopify website or HoneyBook invoice.

Photos & Content

Please provide high-quality photos and complete written content (names, dates, poems, tributes). Photo retouching is available for an additional fee.

File Delivery

Final designs are delivered as high-resolution PDFs or JPEGs, ready for print and digital sharing.

Print Services

We offer professional printing or a print-ready PDF for independent printing. Small jobs may be printed in-house; large orders are handled by trusted partners.

Turnaround

  • Standard: 24–48 hours for your rough draft after receiving all materials.
  • Rush service: Available for an additional fee.

Revisions

  • Two minor revisions are included.
  • Additional edits may incur a fee.
  • Final approval is required before print or delivery; no changes can be made once sent to print.

Shipping Policy

We aim to ensure that your memorial pieces arrive with care and timeliness.

Shipping Reminder

  • We ship nationwide and worldwide. Once shipped, we’ll provide tracking.
  • Please monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive it.

Processing Time

  • Printing: 1–2 business days after design approval
  • Shipping: 2 business days via expedited shipping

Shipping Method

Free 2-day expedited shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking will be provided once shipped.

Address Responsibility

Please confirm your shipping address before ordering. Serenity Impressions is not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.

Every timeline is treated with the same care and artistry as our memorial designs.

Rush Policy

Rush services are available for an additional fee, ensuring your design is prioritized and completed within the agreed expedited timeframe.

All printed obituary designs are shipped via complimentary expedited 2-day shipping.

Note: Rush fees and shipping fees are separate. Serenity Impressions is not responsible for carrier delays.

Fees are additional to standard design/print pricing. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.
🎁 Holiday Note: Holiday Design Fee may be applied in addition to any Rush tier when timing and date both apply.

Refund Policy

Because every tribute is custom, we set firm but compassionate guidelines. By purchasing from Serenity Impressions, you also agree to the refund policy outlined below.

Overview

At Serenity Impressions, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in one circumstance:

The only time a refund will be issued is if a client does not provide all required information, photos, or details in time for Serenity Impressions to complete the order by the agreed need-by date.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Once design work has begun (unless delays are due to missing client info).
  • If the order has been approved for print.
  • If products have already been printed, produced, or shipped.
  • Rush fees, expedited shipping fees, and digital products once delivered.

Agreement of Services

By purchasing from Serenity Impressions, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed in this Info Hub, including our intake, design, turnaround, shipping, and refund guidelines. Because each memorial piece is custom, your order serves as confirmation that you have read and accepted these terms.

Design Usage

Serenity Impressions retains the right to respectfully showcase completed designs (excluding sensitive personal details) in our portfolio, on our website, and across social media platforms. This allows us to display the artistry of our work and inspire future families. If you wish to opt out of public display, you must notify us in writing before your project begins.
