💸 Refund Policy

At Serenity Impressions, we take great care in creating meaningful, high-quality memorial designs. Due to the custom nature of our services and the fast turnaround required for memorial projects, all sales are final.

❌ No Refunds on Digital Products

Once a digital design has been started or delivered (even in draft form), we do not offer refunds. Design work involves time, effort, and customization that begins immediately upon order placement.

❌ No Refunds on Printed Items

All printed items are made-to-order and are final sale. Please review proofs carefully before final approval. We are not responsible for errors after the design has been approved by the client.

📦Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong order/product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and, when approved, send a replacement at no cost.

💳 Payment Responsibility

  • Full payment is required before any design or printing begins.
  • Payment plans are available via Shop Pay Installments, ZIP, Klarna, and Sezzle.
